Standard Delivery (2–3 Business Days)

  • S$3.50 flat rate for orders below S$50

  • FREE delivery for orders S$50 and above

  • Tracking provided once dispatched

Next-Day Delivery

  • S$4.50

  • Order before 12pm (Mon–Fri)

Same-Day Delivery

  • S$10

  • Order before 12pm (Mon–Fri)

  • Not available on Sundays or Public Holidays

Important Notes

  • Delivery times may be delayed during peak seasons & sales

  • The Beauty Story is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses or unattended deliveries

  • A redelivery fee applies for failed deliveries

  • We currently ship within Singapore only


RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At The Beauty Story, your safety and product quality are our priority. Due to hygiene standards, please read the policies before purchasing.

Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

Returns are accepted only if the item is:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Seal/hygiene stickers intact

  • No signs of tampering after delivery

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Items damaged by customer mishandling

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items purchased with store credits

  • Sale or marked-down products

  • Minor manufacturing variations (e.g., slight colour differences, light scratches)

These are not considered defects.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received the wrong or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 2 days

  • Provide clear photo/video proof

We will review and resolve the issue.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is not our mistake, the customer bears all return shipping fees

  • Use a trackable courier — we are not responsible for lost return parcels


EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligible for Exchange

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged on arrival (reported within 2 days)

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not meeting return criteria

How Exchanges Work

Once approved, you may select:

  • A replacement of the same item, or

  • Store credits of equivalent value

To get a different product, place a new order separately.
